I often think that Tony Horton (DVD instructor) is a complete tool….but I knew he reminded me of someone – I just couldn’t put my finger on who. Then Kyle quoted something from White Goodman in Dodgeball and there you go! Tony and White could be brothers. I can only imagine that Tony is very much like White in real life and might say stuff like “Nobody makes me bleed my own blood” and “turn that Frankenstein into a FrankenFine”. So now that I have a new vision of what I think Tony is actually like, maybe he will not be as annoying and just kind of funny now!

So, things are going well with the workouts. Week two is a repeat of week one so I knew what to expect. I am not near as sore as I was last week so I’m feeling pretty good. Even though some of the workouts are geared towards cardio I still don’t feel like I’m getting enough so Kyle and I decided that when the weather is nice we’ll just wake up early go run a mile or 2 before work. That should give us plenty of time between running and doing the DVD’s. Today’s workout is Yoga which I have mentioned before is my least favorite work out so far. I just can’t seem to get all that fired up about 1 ½ hrs. of downward dogs and planks and worrier poses. Also, I think it makes it worse that it’s on Thursday nights. All I want to do is sit in my chair with my dogs and watch the baby arriving on The Office. Oh well, I guess that’s what the DVR is for, right?
Diet is still going strong! I’m actually pretty impressed with myself for not giving up on the diet. The weekend is coming up so I’ll need a little extra will power but I can do it!
